What is the shipping cost?
Australia - Key chains and brooches ship by standard post for $8. Up to 4-6pc can travel in the one package.
International - Please email to discuss.
How long does shipping take? What shipping methods do you use?
Australia: All orders are shipped via Australia post. Please allow 2-4 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
Shipping can take from 2 to 10 or more business days, depending on your location and the current COVID situation.

Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes if I live outside the Australia?

Can I track my order?
We typically ship orders in 2-4 business days after they are placed. When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for the link to activate.

What is your return policy?
Items in new, undamaged condition can be returned for exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here and we’ll make things right.
How do I return or exchange an item?
To return or exchange an item please follow the steps below:
1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email from your order and note the new item desired. (We cannot guarantee all items will be in stock for exchanges.)
